Sheena has overall responsibility for the Group. It is her role to ensure the group runs effectively and that Scouting develops in accordance with the rules and policies of The Scout Association so that young people can benefit from good quality scouting.

The Trustee Board shapes and approves the strategy of The Group and monitors our performance against that strategy.
Group Chair
Bruce Lane
Bruce chairs the Trustee Board which supports the Group Lead Volunteer in carrying out their role. The Group Trustee Board shapes our decisions, approves our strategy and monitors our performance. It is the role of the Trustee Board to ensure good governance and that the group has the resources it needs to operate. As Chair Bruce leads on this.
